Service Guarantee!
Promise Senior Solutions guarantees that a caregiver / provider will be present for scheduled client services. If Promise Senior Solutions fails to have a caregiver / provider present for a scheduled client service visit, then the client, in accordance with the terms of this agreement, will receive a no-charge visit credit. Clients with scheduled Drop In Visits will be credited an equivalent visit that may be applied to their next invoice. Clients with scheduled Hourly Visits will be credited a maximum of 4 hours that may be applied to their next invoice.

Subject To The Following Terms:
Client / Responsible Party understands that the Service Guarantee is subject to these published terms and conditions. Terms are subject to change at anytime with a minimum of 7 days notice from Promise Senior Solutions. Notice will be provided in writing and may be delivered via SMS, Email, Phone, USPS, or a combination of each. Client / Responsible Party understands that to qualify for the Service Guarantee they must maintain a minimum schedule of 14 service hours per week. Client / Responsible party understands and agrees that the Service Guarantee does not apply to adverse events that are out of the control of Promise Senior Solutions. ie. Severe Weather Events, Extreme Financial Events, Extreme Natural / Man-Made Disaster Events, or Domestic / Foreign Terrorist Events. Interpretation or labeling of said events is at the sole discretion of Promise Senior Solutions. Client / Responsible Party understands that the credit may not be redeemed for a cash / check refund. Client / Responsible Party understands that this Service Guarantee does not apply to late or delayed shift starts that are within 2 hours of the original scheduled service start. The Drop In Visit or Hourly Visit must have been scheduled 48 hours or more in advance. Client / Responsible Party must be currently receiving services from Promise Senior Solutions. (Caregiver hours are classified as the number of hours the caregiver / provider is scheduled per visit to clients.) Caregiver / provider hours can be a combination of scheduled Drop In Visits or Hourly Visits. Client / Responsible Party cannot refuse a replacement caregiver / provider prior to, or turn away upon arrival that has been presented by Promise Senior Solutions. Client must be current on their billing account.
